Folding Partitions of 99.9 % Glass
With their transparent look, DEKO FV Glass fully glazed folding partitions are the right choice for the division of, for example, office units, where there are no immediate requirements for high sound reduction or fire classification.
Our fully glazed folding partitions can either be installed together with solid DEKO partitions or supplement DEKO FG fully glazed partitions to bring the whole interior decoration into line using just single glazed partitions.
Folding partitions with few visible trims
DEKO FV Glass fully glazed folding partitions are tailored to size so they fit in the openings into which they are to be built.
Our glazed folding partitions are supplied as standard with small exclusive trims at the corners of the glazed elements, and a top track fitted in the ceiling structure. On the floors the trims also function as locks on the guide rail.
DEKO FV Glass is supplied as standard with natural anodised aluminium trims but can also be supplied powder coated in other colours as required.
The glazed elements are made as standard with 10 mm toughened clear safety glass in individual module widths of up to 1000 mm. Other glass types can be incorporated as needed.
If high high sound reduction is required we recommend DEKO FV with a sound reduction of up to 53 dB. Where there are fire requirements, we recommend DEKO MV, which is fire classified up to EI 60.
Suspension, locking and stacking
DEKO FV Glass is fitted as top hung on an aluminium track in the ceiling structure and with a guide rail at floor level for the easy handling of the glazed elements.
The last element always functions as a door. The door handle may, for example, consist of a recessed handle, a knob, a bracket handle or a ball catch. If the whole partition needs to be locked, the last element can be supplied with a corner floor lock, for example.
Fully glazed folding partitions are supplied both as single and double leafed partitions and side mounted for eccentric stacking.
If extremely high fully glazed partitions or ones with centre stacking are required, these can also be supplied.
Decoration
Like our other DEKO glazed partitions, single glazed and double glazed soundproof partitions, foil with stripes, patterns or text can be applied to bring the décor in line with the surrounding decorations.
In addition, one or several glazed elements in the folding partition can be supplied with coloured or frosted glass.
