Fire Classified Fully Glazed Partitions

DEKO FG Fire is an integral part of our product range, as today many companies and architects wish to use DEKO fully glazed floor to ceiling partitions throughout all interior decoration, regardless of fire requirements.
DEKO FG Fire can be installed as whole fully glazed partitions or as individual glazed sections built into, for example, a concrete or fixed drywall. DEKO FG fire rated glazed partitions can be installed in all areas of a building regardless of the fire requirements, such as in section divisions to dining rooms, to stairwells and at escape routes.
Like our DEKO FG partitions, DEKO FG Fire is ETA approved, and bears the CE and Danish indoor climate label.
Partition structure
DEKO FG Fire is a glazed partition consisting of profiles against adjacent partitions, ceilings and floors and clear fire rated glass with fire seals between the panes, tested and classified as EW 30, EI 30, EI 45, EW 60, EI 60, EW 90, EI 90, EW 120 and EI 120 construction by the Danish Institute of Fire and Security Technology (DBI) in accordance with the latest European standards. DEKO FG Fire has a fire classification of A2-s1, d0 construction.
DEKO FG Fire, with floor to ceiling glazed elements, are installed in a fireproof structure where the vertical joints between the panes are fitted with a 3 mm black fire seal which matches the black border of the fire rated glass.
The DEKO FG Fire glazed partition is constructed with 30 or 40 mm aluminium profiles against adjacent partition, ceiling and floor structures. All visible profiles, which are also known from DEKO FG fully glazed partitions, are as standard supplied in natural anodised aluminium – but can also be supplied powder coated in other colours.
Both to preserve the minimalist look with the large glazed surfaces and have a seal depth between the panes which complies with fire requirements, DEKO FG Fire floor to ceiling partitions are made of 20-31 mm fire rated glass. The glass provides sound reduction of up to 44 dB, depending on the fitted glass type and glass thickness.
Joints between glass
Depending on the wishes for the design and interior design, the vertical joint between the glass may be constructed of DEKO FG Fire Clear, DEKO FG Fire Black eller DEKO FG Fire Profile.
Doors
With the DEKO FG Fire partition, it is possible to install fire rated doors in aluminium frames or pivot-hung doors, if there is no requirement for sound reduction.
The doors in aluminium frames can be installed as single or double doors. The doors can be constructed with DEKO doors, which are available as solid doors or glass framed doors of wood or aluminium.
Decoration
Like our other DEKO glazed partitions, the glass can be decorated with laminating film, so that the overall interior design has a uniform decoration.
